Who can use Rank Parade

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rank Parade. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Community Guidelines.

Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you add, including list titles, item names and images. By adding content you promise that you own it or have permission to use it, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it does not show identifiable people without their consent.

The license you give us

You keep ownership of your content. You give Rank Parade a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and share it only as needed to run the service, for example to show your list on your own devices or to people you send a share link to. We do not sell or sublicense your uploads.

Private and shared lists

Rankings are private by default. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can see the list and its images. You can turn a share link off at any time.

Fair use

Rank Parade shows images of films, shows, games, products, places and similar works so people can comment on, criticize and rank them. We consider this fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107, and we respond promptly to rights holders who object.

Copyright and repeat infringers

We respond to copyright notices as described on our Copyright page. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are suspended or closed.

Removing content and accounts

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our Community Guidelines, or when required by law.

Our content

Our editorial rankings and writing belong to Rank Parade. Names, logos and images belong to their owners and are used to identify the things being ranked.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Rank Parade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. We may change these terms; the date of the latest change will be shown on this page.
